With the high school/college cross country season starting/already started and fall racing ahead of us, what are you training for? What's the next race on your schedule, or the big goal at the end of the training season?
I run in the NAIA, so I'm training for 8k cross races ultimately culminating in conference and Nationals in November. I am, however, more of a miler and my focus during track is on the mid-distance races.
D3 XC so 8km races. Season goes until mid november and I am hoping to try to qualify for nationals in my senior season. I am a mile-5000k guy on the track hopefully looking to run about 4:12/14:40 this year
